Lunch served at the school is freshly prepared on a daily basis by Chef Sarkis Takvoryan. Having found his niche in cooking after completing 11^th grade at ADS, Takvoryan enrolled at Le Cordon Bleu Paris culinary school and completed the program within a year specializing in French, Italian and Middle Eastern cuisines.
