Located at 1200 N. Cahuenga Blvd. in Hollywood, CA, TCA Arshag Dickranian School is comprised of a two story building and a newer building located on Lexington Avenue.

The Principal's office, Pre-K through 6th grade classrooms and restrooms are located in the two story building. The teacher's lounge, library, gym, art studio and music room can also be found in the two story building. The school has a special playground for the Pre-K and kindergarten grades equipped with a variety of age appropriate toys and play-sets.

The new building is comprised of an underground parking garage that fits 110 cars, a basketball field and playgrounds, The Walter & Laurel Karabian Hall and modern science labs for seniors and juniors. The new building also has a computer room, the supervisor's office, the 7th to 12th classrooms and departmental classrooms for the high school classes and a conference room. The physical education rooms and locker rooms are located in the new building as well.
